Leidos has an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their HR team. The HRBP will partner with a dynamic business in a fast-paced environment to help design and deliver HR strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and growth.
Requirements
- HR strategy and solutions for business portfolios and programs
- Partner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies
- Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectiveness
- Leverage matrixed HR SME’s from Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Services organization to deliver high-quality, efficient services and solutions to the client
- Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leaders
- Proven ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects and execute in a dynamic environment
- Strong employee relations experience
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in designing and delivering solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving change within client groups
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
