The Head of Product – Data Centers is a key member of the Unison team, responsible for leading and overseeing product and project development, leasing, and tenant acquisition, as well as strategy and business development in the European data center market.

Requirements

7+ years in European data center development, colocation sales, or data center real estate
Proven ability to win and manage relationships with hyperscalers, enterprise tenants, or wholesale DC clients
Hands-on experience overseeing data center construction or fit-out projects (MEP, power, cooling, structured cabling)
Deep knowledge of European DC markets: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Dublin, Madrid, Warsaw, Stockholm, Milan
