Requirements

Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Strong read, write, and speak communication skills in Malayalam
Prior experience in content, media, or publishing roles is an added advantage
Keen interest in content, media, or creator ecosystems
Comfortable interacting, coordinating, and building rapport with creators
Energetic, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of G Suite / MS Office (or strong willingness to learn tools quickly)
