Dutchie is looking for a Recruiter to join us at a pivotal time of growth. This isn't a reactive seat-filler role; it’s an opportunity to build, influence, and deliver on high-impact hiring across our Go-to-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams.
This role manages a higher volume of requisitions, often involving multiple openings for the same profile. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, own high-velocity searches end-to-end, and help evolve our recruiting practices to match Dutchie’s ambition.
We are targeting a starting salary $130,000 - $170,000 based on the intended level for this role.
