Senior VAT Associate supporting the delivery of specialist VAT and indirect tax services to UK clients, working remotely from South Africa with the structure and support of GCO Partners.
Requirements
- Strong indirect tax experience
- Maturity to work with technical detail, clients, and colleagues
- ATT, CTA, SAIT TA(SA), or equivalent tax qualification
- Experience preparing or reviewing VAT returns, VAT compliance work, VAT audits, or VAT advisory outputs
- Strong technical research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience supporting, guiding, or reviewing the work of more junior colleagues
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
