GEICO is in the midst of an exciting transformation as a product and tech powered company. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Enterprise Experience. This role willdefine and drive the enterprise product strategy for Enterprise Experience platformsacross GEICO, spanning AI-enabled experiences, workplace productivity, collaboration tools, device platforms, and associate-facing applications.
The leader will be responsible fortranslating enterprise priorities around productivity, AI adoption, workplace modernization, and platform reliability into a cohesive, scalable product strategy, ensuring delivery teams are aligned and executing against measurable outcomes.
In this role, you willbridge product, engineering, data, and business teams, acting as the voice of the associate experience while managing prioritization, alignment, and execution across a complex portfolio of enterprise platforms including AI agents, enterprise search, collaboration tools, device ecosystems, and support experiences.
This position will ensure enterprise initiatives areprioritized, sequenced, and embedded into product roadmaps and platform architectures, enabling delivery teams to execute effectively and at scale.
Define and execute thelong-term product vision for Enterprise Experience, aligning with enterprise objectives around productivity, AI adoption, and platform reliability.
AI-powered experiences (e.g.Copilot adoption, AI literacy)
Enterprise Search and Associate Portal platforms
Collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, SharePoint)
Device lifecycle, endpoint, and workplace modernization
Establish a unified“less tools, moreintegrated e2e experiences” strategy that reduces friction across enterprise workflows.
2. Portfolio Ownership & Product Roadmap Leadership
Own and drive amulti-year, cross-platform product roadmapcovering:
Enterprise AI agentic frameworks and support deflection platforms (e.g.,AIscaling and channel integration)
Enterprise Search modernization and analytics-driven discovery
Associate Portal transformation and personalization
Device & endpoint platforms including DaaS and ITAM modernization
Collaboration and productivity ecosystems (Slack, Zoom, Copilot)
Ensure roadmap prioritization isdata-driven, balancing:
Adoption metrics (e.g., Copilot usage, Slack AI adoption)
Business impact (e.g., support deflection, productivity gains)
Platform reliability, risk, and delivery constraints
DriveAI-forward platform strategyacross enterprise experiences, including:
Conversational support and automation (Agents and self-help bots, etc.)
Embedded AI experiences in collaboration tools
Predictive and workflow AI (e.g., ticket classification, risk modeling)
Scale AI adoption by partnering with change management and GTM teams to achieveenterprise adoption goals and value realization.
Lead integration strategy across critical systems including:
Slack, Zoom, SharePoint, Workday, Azure IdP, and enterprise data sources
Drive development ofconnected experiences(e.g., search, support, knowledge access, AI assistants) that enable associates to self-serve and reduce workflow friction.
Promote scalable patterns that unify user experience across enterprise touchpoints.
Define and operationalizeproduct success metrics, including:
Adoption and engagement (Copilot, Slack AI, Search)
Productivity gains and time-to-task improvements
Platform reliability and experience health
Leverage usage analytics (e.g., deflection rates, MAU/DAU, response times) to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
Serve as thecentral intake and prioritization leaderfor enterprise experience initiatives across business, engineering, and support teams.
Drive alignment across multiple functions:
Finance (e.g., procurement models, cost optimization)
Ensure clarity on ownership, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery outcomes across programs.
Security, compliance, and governance (e.g., collaboration retention policies)
Mitigate execution risks across key initiatives (e.g., ITAM implementation, VDI reliability, platform scaling constraints).
Provide executive visibility into roadmap health, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery status.
12+ years of experience inproduct management leadership, platform strategy, or enterprise technology delivery
Proven experience owninglarge-scale, multi-product portfoliosacross enterprise platforms
Demonstrated success scalingAI-driven products or enterprise digital experiences
Enterprise SaaS ecosystems (M365, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint)
AI platforms, analytics, and data-driven product development
End-user computing, device platforms, or IT service ecosystems
Track record ofdriving roadmap alignment across multiple engineering teams
Strong ability to influence incomplex, matrixed organizationsand drive executive-level alignment
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience buildingAI-enabled enterprise platforms and agentic workflows
Familiarity with enterprise search, knowledge management, and productivity tooling
Background inplatform engineering or enterprise experience transformation initiatives
Experience with product-led transformation in large enterprises
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
Advanced education or training in product management, strategy, or technology leadership preferred

Annual Salary
$195,000.00 - $315,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
