Job Title: Contracts Administration Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administration Lead to manage and oversee contract administration for mega offshore EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective contract execution, post-award subcontract administration, and cost control while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Oversee post-award subcontract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Provide expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control for EPC contracts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract execution aligns with project goals.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring alignment with legal and industry standards.
Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with international stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration, quantity surveying, and estimation for Oil & Gas EPC contracts.
Strong background in post-award subcontract administration.
Experience working on mega offshore EPC projects.
Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
