The Position:
Position General Summary:
The FlexPoint Manager, Strategic Enablement and Insights, supports sales growth by serving as a central point of coordination for RFP efforts, voice-of-customer insights, market research, and sales enablement. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, including the RFP Operations Team, Product Strategy, Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Leadership, to ensure inputs are organized, insights are synthesized, and deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned to business priorities. This role requires a strong executor who thrives in cross-functional environments and can synthesize and prioritize information into actionable plans with revenue-driven outcomes.
Essential Position Functions:
RFP Coordination and Support:
- Serves as the primary point of contact from the Sales team for RFP responses, partnering with RFP Operations Team members responsible for process management and document assembly.
- Collaborates with Sales, Product, RFP Operations Team, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with sales strategy.
- Supports the continued development and maintenance of a well-organized, accurate RFP content library.
- Aggressively seeks proposal opportunities matched to FLVS’s organizational goals and FlexPoint revenue priorities using software, contact with affiliates and partners, and referrals from stakeholders.
- Facilitates discussion of and recommends go/no go action on available proposals and applications to the FlexPoint Leadership Team.
- Schedules and facilitates proposal and application kick-off meetings; attends meetings related to question-and-answer periods held by proposers; and coordinates internal attendance at formal presentations.
VOICE OF CUSTOMER COLLABORATION:
- Works closely with the Product Team to collect, organize, and synthesize voice-of-customer feedback.
- Synthesizes feedback into clear themes and summaries to support product discussions and enhancement planning.
- Ensures customer insights are documented and shared consistently across teams.
- Presents regularly themes, summaries, and product recommendations to leadership.
MARKET AND OPPORTUNITY RESEARCH SUPPORT:
- Supports market, competitor, and opportunity research that aligns with sales strategy, RFP strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborates with AAA and Product Teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment and development of market, competitor, and opportunity presentations for leadership.
- Supports ad hoc research requests, as needed, aligned to strategic growth priorities.
SALES ENABLEMENT SUPPORT:
- Maintains and updates core sales resources, messaging, and materials.
- Coordinates with Sales Leadership to ensure enablement assets are accessible, current, and aligned with product positioning.
- Assists with preparing content for internal trainings, sales meetings, strategic initiatives, and leadership meetings.
- Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience:
- Minimum five years’ progressive experience in sales operations, proposals, sales enablement, sales, or product marketing
- Experience in K-12 education, education technology, or public-sector sales (Required)
- Experience with RFP processes and proposals (Required)
- Experience working with sales and product teams (Required)
- Experience with governmental agency (state, federal, DoD) requirements, proposal submission environments, and reporting systems (Preferred)
