- Structured and independent working method
- Good computer skills (particularly Google Suite)
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Optimization, design, and change of existing processes
- Communication skills, empathy, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with personalities across all hierarchical levels internally and externally
