Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in this remote position, you will deliver therapy that helps clients improve communication, manage conflict, strengthen relationships, and work through emotional and behavioral concerns.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active Delaware LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of family systems and relationship-based treatment approaches
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
