About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dental Assistant to support a growing dental practice based in the United States. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a dental clinic who is comfortable handling patient communication and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination
• Use Dentrix for patient records, scheduling, treatment plans, and administrative tasks
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and office inquiries
• Explain dental procedures, treatment recommendations, and terminology clearly to patients
• Support treatment coordination and assist with case acceptance communication
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily workflow

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working in a dental clinic
• Familiarity with Dentrix (required)
• Strong communication skills in English C1/C2 (spoken and written)
• Experience with appointment scheduling and patient coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• U.S Based Experience (required)

Schedule

3 days per week, 7 hrs per day (30-minute break included)​

Compensation

$600 USD Monthly
