Head of Operations, AFC

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record in complex operational and management roles to lead the delivery of our AFC project. AFC is a strategically significant customer, and is a key pillar of our global football operations.

Requirements

• P&L responsibility for all project spend and billings
• Manage the operational model, ensuring efficiency, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability
• Create an environment that enables people and technologies to succeed, championing the Hawk-Eye Guarantee
• Liaise directly with the client for small to medium sized sale opportunities
• Work with the commercial team and others as appropriate when bidding for large scale projects and responses to RFPs
