Role Overview
Location: Colombia (remote)
Pay: $7/hr
Timezone: EST
On behalf of our US based client, ware seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Staffing Coordinator to manage daily open cases and ensure all shifts are fully staffed with suitable aides. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and requires speed, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff all open cases with suitable aides by calling, texting, and broadcasting open shifts.
- Act quickly and efficiently, as there are multiple open cases daily that must be filled.
- Proactively staff cases in advance, as well as handle same-day and next-day staffing needs.
- Ensure all next-day open cases are fully staffed by 5:00 PM before leaving for the day.
- On Fridays by 12:30 PM, ensure all open cases for the entire weekend through and including Monday are fully staffed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with aides regarding shift details, confirmations, and changes.
- Track and update staffing status accurately to ensure no open cases are missed.
- Escalate urgent or hard-to-fill cases promptly when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong phone, texting, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and messages daily.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience staffing aides, caregivers, or shift-based roles.
- Familiarity with HHA exchange scheduling/staffing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and persistence when filling difficult shifts
The "Must Haves" :
- You must have a dedicated workspace, a Laptop/PC (Core i5+), and Noise Cancellation.
- You MUST have a Backup Power Source (Inverter/Generator) and a Backup Mobile Hotspot. "No Light" or "No Internet" is not acceptable.
- You will be speaking with US professionals. You must be able to code-switch to a neutral or US accent.

- We require a check-in before every shift.
- We use tool for activity verification.
- We enforce Policy on lateness.
