Property Casualty Insurance Service Representative

Midwest Family Mutual is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and experienced service representative to process Property and Casualty policy work, including claims and underwriting clerical tasks. The position requires high speed internet access, home office, and occasional travel to the IA office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property/casualty experience
• Understanding and knowledge of personal and commercial policies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good Analytical Skills
• Proficient with MS Office products
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous claims or underwriting assistant experience a plus
• Insurance Education is a plus – i.e. INS, CPCU, CIC, AU
