The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, sub-broker acquisition, or financial services sales, strong persuasive and negotiation skills, and a basic understanding of stock markets and trading systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sub-broker acquisition, or financial services sales
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed onboarding and revenue goals in a competitive environment
• Basic understanding of stock markets, brokerage models, and trading systems
