The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level D365FODeveloper to support the design, development, and enhancement of our MicrosoftDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) platform.This role plays a critical part in deliveringscalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions that support global businessoperations, financial processes, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in X++development, experience working within enterprise ERP environments, and theability to collaborate effectively with functional, integration, and businessteams.

What We’re Looking For:
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relatedfield (or equivalent experience)
·3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance& Operations (or AX 2012)
·Strong proficiency in X++, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
·Experience with D365FO data management, data entities, andintegrations (REST APIs, OData)
·Solid understanding of finance and operational business processeswithin ERP systems
·Demonstrated advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speakingEnglish is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.
·Experience with global ERP environments and multi-entity,multi-currency implementations
·Familiarity with Azure services (Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, FunctionApps)
·Knowledge of ISV solutions and extension models
·Experience supporting audit/compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, DCAA,or similar frameworks)
·Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
·Proficiency with the following D365 finance modules/areas preferred:
·Experience with Dynamics 365 ISVs, specifically HSO’s aec360, SKSoftTreasury Automation Suite (TAS), Leapworks, and Docentric are a plus.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE a plus.
·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
·Ability to balance technical detail with business outcomes
·High attention to detail and commitment to quality and documentation
·Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functionalteams
·This role will support a global D365FO environment with integrationsacross HR, Finance, and operational systems.
·Occasional participation in after-hours support or deployments may berequired
What You’ll Be Working On:
·Design, develop, and maintain customizations within D365FO using X++,extensions, and best practice design patterns
·Build and modify forms, tables, classes, SSRS reports, workflows, anddata entities
·Ensure all customizations follow Microsoft One Version andextension-based development standards
·Develop and support integrations between D365FO and external systems(e.g., HRIS, payroll, CRM, and third-party applications) using APIs, OData, andData Management Framework (DMF)
·Assist with data migration activities including data mapping,validation, transformation, and reconciliation
·Support troubleshooting of integration failures and datainconsistencies
·Diagnose and resolve defects, performance issues, and user-reportedincidents
·Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsand governance controls
·Optimize performance of batch jobs, queries, and data processingroutines
·Work closely with functional analysts, architects, and businessstakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
·Support end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing,and deployment
·Contribute to release management, including builds, deployments, andproduction support
·Maintain audit-ready documentation including technical designdocuments (TDDs), code comments, and solution architecture artifacts
·Ensure solutions align with internal controls, data governancestandards, and regulatory requirements
