IT Administrator

We are looking for a practical and proactive IT Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT systems, support employees with technical issues, and help maintain and improve our business software infrastructure.

A key part of the role will be supporting and administering our Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk and other Zoho applications used across the business.

This is not purely a helpdesk position. We are looking for someone who can understand business processes, identify where systems can be improved, implement automations and integrations, and take ownership of the company's overall IT environment.

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, IT Support or similar role.
• Practical experience using and administering Zoho.
• Good understanding of Zoho CRM configuration and workflows.
• Experience supporting Windows computers.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and basic IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions and cloud applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data imports, exports and spreadsheets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees.
• Organised and able to document systems and processes properly.
