Support the operations of the US and UK Journals Editorial teams.
Perform daily tasks with moderate supervision from the Supervisor.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform weekly updates of various data repositories (e.g., data cubes) and related reports.
Assist in preparing major quarterly and annual reports, such as:
Provide data mining and analytical support for projects requiring extensive historical data, such as Rejected and Republished Articles Reports.
Ensure that the Global Assignment List and its associated report are accurate and regularly updated.
Support various ad-hoc projects, especially those related to usage, citations, and editorial analytics.
Ensure the accuracy of all data used within the editorial department — including validating internal documents and cross-checking information used for database updates.
Respond to all emails in a professional manner within 24 hours.
Escalate concerns or challenges to the Supervisor with full transparency.
Perform duties with moderate oversight from both the local Supervisor and the Global Process Heads (US/UK).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with local and international teams (US and UK).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and adopt new processes and systems.
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
