Purple is seeking a high performing Growth Director to help accelerate our next phase of growth across North America through a combination of direct enterprise sales, strategic partner development, and channel led expansion.
This senior, quota carrying commercial role will focus on driving new business directly with customers while also re-engaging and expanding Purple’s partner ecosystem across the region through MSPs, integrators, VARs, network providers, and technology partners.
Reporting into the Senior Growth Director – North America, this role is designed for an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in complex B2B sales, relationship-driven commercial execution, and partner-led growth strategies.
You will play a critical role in scaling Purple’s commercial presence across North America by developing direct customer relationships, opening new enterprise opportunities, and strengthening routes to market through trusted partner relationships. The role requires a balanced approach between strategic channel development and hands-on direct selling into prospective customers and enterprise accounts.
This is a highly strategic but hands on role, requiring someone who combines commercial leadership, executive presence, and strong operational discipline with the energy and drive to open doors, build relationships, and deliver measurable revenue

Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Lead commercial growth activity across North America through a combination of direct enterprise sales and partner-led expansion, helping grow Purple’s presence across strategic markets and verticals.
- Own a senior sales quota spanning direct new business, partner-sourced opportunities, and partner-influenced revenue.
- Develop and manage direct relationships with enterprise customers while also re-engaging historical partner relationships and onboarding new strategic partners across the region.
- Identify, develop, and close complex new business opportunities across both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans alongside MSPs, systems integrators, networking partners, VARs, and channel organisations.
- Build executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders, partner leadership teams, sales organisations, and technical decision-makers.
- Position Purple’s solutions across guest WiFi, secure onboarding, identity-based access, analytics, engagement, and intelligent venue connectivity.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to drive repeatable commercial success across both direct and partner-led opportunities.
- Support partner enablement initiatives, helping strengthen commercial understanding, technical alignment, and solution positioning.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed to market, deal velocity, and commercial conversion through a balanced direct and indirect sales strategy.
- Represent Purple at industry events, networking forums, customer meetings, and partner engagements across North America.
Who You Are:
- An experienced enterprise sales or channel professional with 10–15 years’ experience in technology, SaaS, networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, or an adjacent industry.
- Experienced working with partner-led sales models, MSPs, integrators, VARs, or channel ecosystems.
- A strong new business commercial leader with a proven ability to open opportunities, build relationships, and close strategic deals.
- Comfortable operating within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
- Commercially driven, highly autonomous, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- An excellent communicator with strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
- Able to work cross-functionally and build credibility quickly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivated by growth, accountability, and the opportunity to help shape a strategically important region for the business.
