Scope of Work

1. Coordinate and manage digital calendars, appointments, and daily tasks efficiently to ensure seamless workflows.
2. Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail.
3. Draft, edit, and proofread written materials and communications with clarity, professionalism, and attention to tone.
4. Facilitate effective remote communication between stakeholders through proactive updates and follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate records, files, and tracking systems for all project-related documentation.
6. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize project efficiency and organization.
7. Provide detailed input, feedback, and real-world context for tasks that will enhance AI training data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in personal assistance, executive support, or administrative roles.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information succinctly.
3. Demonstrated organizational excellence and time management in remote or distributed environments.
4. Advanced multitasking ability, with a track record of juggling priorities in fast-paced settings.
5. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables and communications.
6. Experience using productivity tools such as digital calendars, cloud document platforms, and collaboration software.
7. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable professional approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
