Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (or international equivalent)
- 4–5 years of experience in customer service management
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong customer-focused approach
- Confident communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of sales order review and handover processes
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
