We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business acquisition across the Australian market.
This is a fully remote role requiring proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to close.
Drive new business growth across the Australian market
Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B software opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close
Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and pain points
Present software solutions and clearly articulate value propositions
Build, manage, and forecast an accurate sales pipeline
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and sales reporting
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and market insights
Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities
Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B software (SaaS) sales
Proven track record of closing deals with commercial businesses
Strong understanding of Australian buying cycles and decision-makers
Experience managing end-to-end sales processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time management in a remote setup
Results-driven mindset with consistent quota achievement
Experience selling subscription-based or recurring revenue products
Experience selling to SMEs or multi-location businesses
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Prior experience working in a fully remote sales environment
