The Associate Director owns the end-to-end customer marketing strategy, leading analytical efforts for near real time analysis of environment dynamics, customer behaviors and customer budgets that impact the Raytheon bookings pipeline.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 12 years prior market research, data analytics or strategy experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years’ experience
- 2+ years’ experience with CRM tools – Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
- Experience operating in corporate matrixed organizations with 1000+ employees, influencing senior leaders across SBUs and functions
- 4+ years’ experience in financial and analytical roles including management of budgets, ROI measurement, KPI definition, and data-driven investment decisions
- 8+ years' experience leading teams – both direct reports and cross-functional project teams
