Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Part-Time | Contract (10–15 hours per week)
Salary Range: $20–30 USD/hour

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to support and optimize our marketing and revenue operations. You will play a key role in improving our digital infrastructure, streamlining lead workflows, and ensuring accurate performance reporting. Your work will directly impact lead flow efficiency, sales alignment, and our ability to scale.
Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing and RevOps infrastructure across forms, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and integrations
Manage and improve digital execution of marketing forms, landing pages, attribution setup, and campaign tracking for inbound and outbound efforts
Build and maintain funnel and BDR reporting (MQL to revenue), partnering with Sales and BDR teams to uncover performance insights
Audit and refine funnel workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle logic, and automation to reduce friction and improve reporting accuracy
Act as an operational problem-solver, identifying gaps or inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions
Support new go-to-market initiatives, segments, or campaigns with reliable operational execution and measurement
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub) in a B2B SaaS environment
In-depth knowledge of demand generation funnels, BDR processes, and revenue attribution
Ability to work independently in a part-time, contract role
Proven track record of optimizing marketing workflows and automation
Experience building scalable reporting frameworks across the funnel
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in high-growth SaaS teams
