Job Description
We're Hiring: Salesforce Support Specialist
Join our team and help customers maximize the value of their Salesforce environment. We are seeking a customer focused Salesforce Support Specialist who enjoys supporting users, solving problems, and ensuring successful Salesforce adoption. This role is ideal for someone with hands on Salesforce experience who can serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout the Salesforce implementation and onboarding process
- Assist users with Salesforce configuration, navigation, and best practices
- Troubleshoot Salesforce related issues and provide first line support
- Collaborate with implementation teams and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Conduct customer training sessions and platform walkthroughs
- Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document customer requirements, issues, and resolutions
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
- Escalate technical issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customer needs internally
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or customer onboarding projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce user issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, flows, and user management
- Familiarity with integrations and Salesforce ecosystem applications
- Experience working in SaaS, consulting, or customer success environments

- 100% Work From Home
- Full Time Position
- Must be available during Israel business hours
Salary:
- USD 7 per hour
