We are looking for a data-driven
Digital Planner & Paid Media Specialistto manage the paid advertising strategy. Your goals are to generate high-quality candidate leads, define the strategy for each paid channel, manage the budget, execute and optimize campaigns, and collaborate closely with the content creation team to ensure our ads perform.
The salary for this role ranges from
$1,600 – $1,800 USD/month, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning- Develop paid media strategies for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to attract candidates from LATAM and the Caribbean.
- Conduct deep audience research to build detailed candidate personas, moving beyond basic demographics to target specific interests, behaviors, pain points, and online communities.
- Determine the optimal channel mix based on the specific job role we are recruiting for (e.g., utilizing Google Search for high-intent technical roles vs. TikTok for volume hiring).
- Allocate budget according to marketing goals and channel specialization
- Monitor competitor activity and recruitment trends in the region to identify market gaps and ensure our offers and ad copy remain competitive.
2. Execution & Optimization- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Perform daily/weekly optimizations to lower Cost Per Applicant (CPA) while maintaining candidate quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Landing Page Optimization: Audit job application pages and user flows to identify drop-off points; suggest and implement changes to improve the conversion rate
- Continuously research and integrate new advertising platforms as needed.
3. Creative Direction & Collaboration- Act as the bridge between data and design. Analyze ad performance to understand what creative visuals and hooks are working.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data measurement and attribution across all funnels.
- Direct the Content Creation team by creating clear creative briefs for new image and video assets based on performance data and role requirements.
- Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the LATAM/Caribbean talent market.
4. Analytics & Reporting- Monitor campaign performance using platform analytics and GA4.
- Provide weekly reports to the Recruitment Marketing Manager highlighting key metrics, wins, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns with significant budgets.
- Platform Expertise: Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Pixel implementation is required and basic SEO knowledge.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (scores C1 and C2)
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to assess diverse recruitment needs and identify the most effective digital channels to target specific talent pools and personas.
- Analytical Skills:Strong data fluency with the ability to track campaign results, interpret performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on established KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Creative Performance:Deep understanding of creative best practices and high-converting hooks, with the ability to provide actionable direction to the content team to produce assets that drive results.
