Role:
Associate - Stakeholder Delight
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented Associate to join the Stakeholder Delight team at Give. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for resolving donor and NGO queries on a timely basis. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to delight our key stakeholders (donors, fundraisers, NGO partners) by engaging with them through multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end resolution for stakeholder inquiries across Email, Chat, Calls, and Social Media, focusing on drafting clear, professional, and empathetic responses in English.
- Take complete ownership of queries/tasks, ensuring timely, step-by-step resolution within defined SLAs while effectively managing a high volume of daily interactions.
- Identify common friction points or recurring stakeholder issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the overall platform experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the development of support materials and internal resources
Requirements:
- Desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for society
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and professional email and chat responses.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take initiative, resolve new challenges independently, and drive tasks to closure.
- Basic computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High degree of ownership with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and strictly adhere to SLAs.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0–4 years of experience. Prior experience in stakeholder management, customer success, or support is highly preferred.
