Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Operations Support, Administration, Reporting, Reconciliation, or related functions.
- Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data validation.
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and maintain operational accuracy.
- Strong ownership, responsiveness, and coordination capabilities.
