As a Regional Sales Director, you will guide our regional strategy and ensure we meet our goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales and Profitability
- Lead the region to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Oversee all field sales and service activities, including account management and new business development.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop Regional Sales Managers and Technical Sales and Service Representatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear annual objectives for your team.
- Drive the execution of company-wide goals and policies.
Marketing and Reporting
- Contribute to key sales and marketing programs, including creating and delivering presentations.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, team performance, and market competition.
Industry Engagement
- Represent FinishWorks professionally at trade shows and industry events.
- Network with key organizations like the KCMA.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
