Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Operations or equivalent product-operating roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand, connect, and improve how people, processes, and tools work together
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new ways of working through influence, coaching, and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems and drive change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across all seniority levels
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities in complex environments
- Curiosity and interest in emerging practices, tooling, and technology
