The Advisor, Business Architect serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions that support organizational goals. This role applies business architecture and delivery coordination practices to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support execution of initiatives across platforms and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Re-Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Business Transformation, or Business Architecture
- Background in the Healthcare Industry with preference for Medicaid Programs and Related Business Processes
- Strong understanding of Company Products, Operating Systems, Client Business Processes, and Business Processes or Information Modeling Tools
- Proven experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts, improve processes and business outcomes, and work with databases including SQL preferred
