Role Overview
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the core of content and creative transformation engagements. In this role, you will map existing creative workflows, redesign them, and build AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model inside real production environments.
What You Will Do
Map creative workflows end-to-end, identify operational bottlenecks, design future-state workflows, configure and implement creative AI platforms, integrate AI-powered workflows into existing ecosystems, build prompt architectures, and develop working proofs of concept.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate comes from creative technology, production engineering, content operations, or applied AI within creative environments. You operate inside workflows, not above them. You should have a strong bias toward execution and delivery, a diagnostic and systems-thinking approach to problem solving, and be comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions

- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation
- Ability to independently create and deploy proofs of concept that drive stakeholder alignment and adoption
- Deep understanding of creative production processes, content supply chains, and asset lifecycle management
