Modern business has become the Tower of Babel: every industry has its own language. If you speak your client's language, you connect and find a way in. And if you don’t, you’re flying blind with a surface-level understanding. Companies spend millions on dull, slow, and unscalable solutions. The traditional go-tos – SMEs, in-house content, and live training – aren’t working.
We created a new way to learn an industry in under an hour (imagine the “I know kung fu” scene from The Matrix, but for business), using fun animated stories produced like a media product. Our primers are widely used by the world's top consulting and technology firms, with 90%+ completion rates, rave reviews, and hundreds of deals won and projects delivered.
As our enterprise client base grows, we are looking for a leader who can help clients maximize value from Primerli while bringing insights back to our team on how organizations build industry expertise.
This role owns retention and expansion strategies across a portfolio of key enterprise accounts. You will report to the CEO and work closely with Sales and Product.
You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders at some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the strategic client conversations of consulting but wants to step off the project treadmill and help build a product that delivers tangible impact.

Maximize the value enterprise clients get from Primerli and translate that into thought leadership and product insights.
Help clients deploy Primerli successfully and achieve measurable outcomes
Identify new commercial opportunities within accounts in partnership with Sales
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and foster connections among them
Lead events and publications that share insights on how enterprises build industry expertise
Capture patterns in customer feedback and usage to surface needs
Partner with Product to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities
Run core client success processes (e.g., reporting, QBRs, product launches)

4-8 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in a client-facing function
Track record of building deep relationships with senior stakeholders
Comfort owning commercial retention and expansion targets
Ability to influence high-stakes, complex enterprise decisions
Entrepreneurial experience (e.g., founder, side project, independent venture)
Exposure to areas such as org design, capability building, talent strategy, or change management
Interest in learning, teaching, or education
Competitive salary including base + bonus
While the company is based in California, you will work remotely with a global team. We are open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones and traveling quarterly to co-locate for leadership events.
