Key Responsibilities
Own global warehouse network capacity planning models and optimization strategy.
Define capacity triggers, warehouse sizing methodologies, and long-term network planning requirements.
Lead warehouse automation strategy including ASRS, AMR, AGV, robotics, and automated material handling solutions.
Build and validate business cases for warehouse automation and technology investments.
Serve as Product Owner for global warehouse systems and data platforms.
Lead SAP S/4HANA warehouse readiness, implementation support, testing, and adoption activities.
Own enterprise warehouse KPI architecture, dashboards, and reporting products.
Provide governance for integration between SAP, warehouse automation, MES, and execution systems.
Establish warehouse data governance standards, master data alignment, and single-source-of-truth principles.
Drive root-cause analysis and data quality improvements across global warehouse systems.
Develop network optimization dashboards and predictive analytics to support investment decisions.
Partner with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Automation Engineering, and Site Operations to define future state warehouse capabilities.
Lead strategic warehouse network studies including warehouse sizing, storage strategy, automation maturity, labor productivity, and throughput optimization.
Facilitate global workshops to align warehouse strategy, capacity assumptions, and systems roadmaps.
Present warehouse network strategy, systems roadmap, automation plans, and performance improvements to leadership and governance forums.
Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence-powered analytics, predictive modeling, and digital decision-support capabilities to improve warehouse network optimization, capacity planning, and operational performance.
Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI into warehouse systems, automation strategies, reporting platforms, and business intelligence solutions.
Mentor engineers and site teams on warehouse technology, data analytics, optimization methods, and systems best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5+ years experience in warehouse operations, systems, SAP implementations, network design, automation, analytics, or supply chain engineering.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP WM/EWM, warehouse management systems, or enterprise supply chain applications.
5+ years Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Experience integrating SAP with automation platforms.
Warehouse network design and capacity planning expertise.
Digital transformation and enterprise product ownership experience.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, modeling, and data governance skills.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, analytics platforms, and dashboard development.
Experience evaluating automation technologies and material handling solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and global leadership experience.
