Position SummaryTheTransformation Office Intern supports strategic business transformation initiatives by assisting with project coordination, data analysis, process improvement activities, and change management efforts. This role provides exposure to cross-functional projects aimed at improving organizational performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Office team in planning, tracking, and executing transformation projects.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and project updates.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership meetings.
• Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Document project requirements, action items, and lessons learned.
• Support changemanagement and communication efforts across the organization.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP concepts).
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards.
