We are currently hiring for roles across the following areas:
- Customer Service Representative — Supporting US clients via phone, email, or chat
- Sales Representative — Engaging prospects and converting leads

- Virtual Assistant / Admin Support — Operational and administrative support for business owners and teams
What You'll Do
Responsibilities vary by role and client assignment but typically include:
- Communicating professionally with customers, prospects, or clients on behalf of US-based businesses
- Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support
- Scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records
- Providing administrative and operational support including calendar management, data entry, and reporting
- Researching, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks across teams
- Using various business tools and platforms as required per client
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken(near-native fluency required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in any industry
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales, BPO, hospitality, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and online platforms
- Stable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
