Physician Coding Operations Manager

What You Will Do:

• Provide day to day oversight of Physician Multispecialty Coding teams

• Manage Physician Coding Projects

• Ensure workflows are properly documented and coding team is trained accordingly

• Prepare reports for leadership and client tracking toward metrics

What You Will Need:

• CPC from AAPC

• 7+ years' experience in medical coding

• Experience managing large projects with 20+ coders

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Good organizational skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Multispecialty coding experience

• Multiple specialty credentials

• Experience working with Academic Medical Centers

• Experience with Physician Review and Education

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
