We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our People Apps & Automation team, building the internal applications and automation that power the employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt.
This team develops the platforms behind employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, self-service experiences, and business automation used by thousands of employees globally. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of talented software engineers while driving technical strategy, delivering high-impact initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Engineering, IT, HR, and Product.

This is a highly technical leadership role. The interview process includes a live coding and architecture interview, followed by conversations focused on engineering leadership, operational delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and DoorDash's leadership principles. You'll also meet future peers and business partners to learn more about the team and how we work together.
