Job Description
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in designing scalable data-centric architecture with at least 2 years on AI/ML
- Experience in Data Analytics Platforms, Data Engineering, Data Visualization & AI/ML adaption and deployment
- Familiarity & Strength with one or more solutions such as:
Data Platforms & Analytics solutions (Cloudera, Denodo, Databricks, Talend, Tableau, etc),
AI/ML Tools/Platforms (RunAI, H2O, Hadoop, Spark, etc),
Cloud Data Services (Azure, AWS, etc),
- Familiarity with IM8 Framework with Data governance & security is a plus and have experiences working in Public Sector Infrastructure
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and /or commercial sectors
- Possession of one or more of networking professional certifications such as CDMP, Azure Data Engineer or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand data and AI requirements
- Design and propose Enterprise Data/AI Platforms with AI/ML Tools (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, Sparks, Hadoop)
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Develop and deliver technical proposals and quotes
- Collaborate with sales teams to pursue opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
- Provide technical support and product positioning
- Partnership Management with Key Vendors
- Work with pre-sales from different expertise to create a comprehensive solution
- Any other duties/projects assigned
Skill sets:
- Strong in Enterprise Data & architecture design, including SOA architecture, security, best practices and knowledge of emerging trends
- Sales or presales experience
- Passion for infrastructure and strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Large-scale program management of multi-service line teams, including strong project management and communications skills, service delivery, client relations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial management, resource management, quality assurance and situational negotiations
- Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
- Hands on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally
- Good team player and able to work on assignment independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
