BreachLock is a global leader in AI-powered penetration testing and continuous security validation. We help the world's most security-conscious enterprises identify, prioritise, and remediate vulnerabilities across their attack surface — before adversaries can exploit them. With a rapidly growing footprint across Europe and North America, we are expanding our go-to-market team in the United Kingdom to meet increasing demand from large enterprise customers.
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK team. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role that sits at the intersection of cybersecurity expertise and enterprise sales. You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, winning new enterprise logos, and growing revenue within a portfolio of strategic accounts — partnering with some of the largest organisations in the UK and the wider region.
This role is built for a hunter. You are comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging CISOs and security leaders at the C-suite, and turning a consultative conversation into a closed deal. Once you have landed an account, you will work closely with our customer success and technical teams to expand the relationship and deliver measurable value.
▪ Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts across the United Kingdom, focusing on organisations with complex security requirements.
▪ Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery through to commercial negotiation and contract signature.
▪ Drive land-and-expand motions by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, growing average contract value over time.
▪ Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, IT Directors, and procurement leaders at large enterprise organisations.
▪ Travel to meet clients and prospects in person on a regular basis (approximately once per month), building long-lasting relationships grounded in trust and deep business understanding.
▪ Develop and execute targeted account plans for strategic prospects and key existing customers.
▪ Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver compelling proposals and seamless customer experiences.
▪ Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools, maintaining rigorous deal hygiene throughout the sales cycle.
▪ Stay current on the cybersecurity landscape, threat trends, and competitive dynamics to position BreachLock's value proposition with authority and credibility.
▪ Represent BreachLock at industry events, conferences, and client briefings across the UK and wider region.
▪ 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new business or hunter role.
▪ Experience selling into large enterprise accounts (FTSE 350 or equivalent) across multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles of 3–12 months.
▪ Solid understanding of the cybersecurity market — familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability management, red teaming, or adjacent security services is a strong advantage.
▪ A hunter mentality: you are energised by building pipeline, you are resilient in the face of rejection, and you take genuine pride in finding and winning new business.
▪ Confident and credible engaging with senior security and technology leaders — you can hold a strategic conversation and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
▪ Comfortable travelling within the UK and occasionally internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
▪ Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contract negotiations and working with legal and procurement teams.
▪ Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and sales engagement tools.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you are persuasive, clear, and concise.
▪ Self-starter with the discipline and drive to perform in a remote-first environment.
▪ Prior experience selling penetration testing, managed security services, or security SaaS solutions.
▪ Existing network of CISO-level relationships in the UK enterprise market.
▪ Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or DORA.
▪ Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
▪ Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure — your earnings grow with your results.
▪ Monthly travel budget to build face-to-face relationships with clients and prospects.
▪ The chance to sell a genuinely differentiated product in a high-growth market where cybersecurity is boardroom priority.
▪ A collaborative, high-performance team culture that values autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning.
▪ Clear career progression paths into senior AE, enterprise team lead, or regional leadership roles.
▪ Flexible, remote-first working arrangement with full home office support.
