Requirements
- Source candidates using various search methods
- Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and through phone screening
- Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, and Initial interviews
- Define job description and document specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Monitor projects once launched and track progress until project completion
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Build rapport with clients and develop long-term client relationships
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
