Requirements
- Proven VP-level leadership in high-velocity SMB / inside sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to improve measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, rep ramp time, quota attainment, team throughput)
- Strong outbound experience (even if inbound is strong today) and comfort running mixed motions
- Deep fluency in sales fundamentals and metrics—able to diagnose “what’s breaking” quickly and fix it with focused initiatives
- Hiring excellence at scale: you can spot real talent beyond interview polish and build a consistent, fair hiring process
- Coaching obsession: you run coaching like a daily practice, not an occasional meeting
- AI fluency for leaders: you don’t need to build models, but you do need to operationalize AI—retool workflows, measure impact, and coach your org on adoption
