About the role

As a CRM Analyst, you will support data-driven marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, marketing, and technical partners. This role involves leveraging customer data to enable targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies.

What you might work on

• Supporting CRM systems and marketing campaign execution
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and marketing needs
• Preparing and analyzing data for campaign targeting and segmentation
• Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Working closely with brand teams and external partners (e.g., email agencies)
• Identifying opportunities to improve data usage and campaign performance

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM tools and marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
• Advanced English (you’ll work with international teams)

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies
• Experience in international or remote teams
