Position Summary:

The Coach Support Team Member plays a key role in supporting daily operations through high-volume, detail-oriented administrative work. This position focuses on larger, non-urgent manual tasks that help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our database. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive data tasks, highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual data entry and maintain database accuracy
• Input and manage roster openings
• Audit coaching staffs across multiple schools to ensure accuracy
• Add and remove coaching staff members on a daily basis
• Execute bulk updates involving numerous schools and large coaching staffs
• Scrub data files for upload into the system
• Complete high-volume, data-oriented projects and tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and web-based systems
• Strong written communication skills

Some positions, particularly those that have responsibilities working with student-athletes and supporting IMG Academy on campus with events involving minors, may require a L2 background screen.
