We are looking for an experienced offshore Loan Processor based in the Philippines to support one of our mortgage brokers in a full-time, remote capacity. You will assist with mortgage applications from pre-submission through post-settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with lenders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with mortgage applications (pre-submission to post-settlement)
Assess client finances and prepare financing strategies
Analyze financial statements and tax returns (PAYG, company, and trust structures)
Lodge and manage home loan applications through lender platforms
Liaise with lender departments and external stakeholders
Maintain and research lender policies and processes
Support client retention initiatives, reviews, and ongoing relationship management
Ensure compliance and accuracy across documentation and submissions

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum 2+ years of loan processing experience

Strong experience handling:

Mortgage processing from submission to formal approval
Compliance and lender application preparation
Financial assessment and analysis (PAYG income, tax returns, financials including
companies and trusts)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proactive, organized, and able to follow through on tasks and projects

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience using Broker Engine

Experience working with an AFG broker

Background in Accounting/Finance
Cert IV / Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
