Labor and Employment Attorney

LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY (ASSOCIATE–SENIOR ASSOCIATE)
$140K–$220K Base + Bonus | California | Remote / Hybrid

This is a real Labour & Employment role for attorneys who actually know transactional L&E and understand public-sector work. Youll advise government agencies and select private clients on high-stakes employment and traditional labour matters. Writing quality, judgment, and discretion matter here. Compensation is flexible (not lockstep), culture is adult, and the work is meaningful.

THE BAR (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
3–8 years of labour & employment transactional experience
Active California Bar
Public law background strongly preferred (city attorney offices, public-law firms)

Excellent legal writing and analysis

3.0+ GPA if under 5 years out

California-based (remote or hybrid)
