That's why were partnering with a leading global organization in the chemical and manufacturing industry to find a Treasury Operations Specialist for their growing Shared Service Center.
About the role:
As a Treasury Operations Specialist you will support a wide range of treasury operations, banking administration, regulatory reporting, and process improvement initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners across the business.
Primary Responsibilities of the role:
- Execute and process Treasury transactions, including FX, money market, investment, and hedging activities, while ensuring accurate settlement of related payments through SAP.
- Support daily Treasury operations by managing trade finance instruments, cash flow forecasting, FX exposure analysis, and SAP In-House Bank activities.
- Administer the full lifecycle of bank accounts, coordinate KYC documentation, maintain banking records, and manage user access to electronic banking platforms.
- Prepare regulatory reports, support internal and external audits, and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and process documentation.
- Contribute to Treasury projects, process optimization, automation initiatives, and the development of operational and management reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Treasury-related queries and provide support across the wider Treasury function when needed.
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting within an international or multinational environment.
- Practical knowledge of Treasury operations, including payments, FX, investments, trade finance, in-house banking, or bank account administration.
- Experience with SAP Treasury is highly preferred, while familiarity with KYC processes, EMIR reporting, and Power BI will be considered an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, well-organized professional who enjoys improving processes, works independently, and thrives in a collaborative international environment.
