Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for a junior corporate/commercial lawyers to support clients on upcoming assignments.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with 1 – 6 years PQE.
• You will ideally have experience working on transactional corporate and/or commercial contracts matters.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
