Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform looking for a senior Product Manager to own a strategic direction within Core Markets. The role requires thinking in years, not quarters, and involves defining the long-term product strategy, turning customer and market signals into structured cases, and working closely with GTM to understand market dynamics.

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level
• Experience owning large, strategic product areas
• Exceptional problem structuring skills
• Strong business and commercial thinking
• Experience working at both a large company and a small/startup company
• Comfortable as an IC
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
