Anticipating the Unannounced Challenges:You don't just react to call-outs; you actively manage schedules and foresee problems before they happen, preventing scheduling mistakes through extreme attention to detail. If an employee is sick today, you proactively adjust the schedule for tomorrow and seamlessly switch shifts between employees to protect operational integrity.
Mastering the Local Logistics:You understand that nurses cancel shifts based on travel time in minutes rather than miles, requiring you to navigate the nuances of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties. You actively study local geography and traffic routes to build schedules that actually work and to converse naturally with staff.
Elevating the Candidate Experience:You act as a professional extension of leadership, conducting structured pre-screening interviews for RN, LPN, and CNA candidates. You provide same-day follow-ups with clear next steps, ensuring our hiring pool remains warm and actionable.
The Per Diem Puzzle Master:You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or recruitment. You understand the unique nuances of managing per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs who create their own schedules without contracts, piecing together shifts at specific facilities to maximize coverage.
The Proactive Problem Solver:You operate with a "zero-mistake" mindset and double-check your work before submission. You refuse to use "I assumed" as an explanation, ensuring you enter shift data and review credentials with 100% accuracy.
The Relationship Builder:You possess exceptional English fluency with a professional phone presence, capable of representing executive-level standards. You are patient, empathetic, and coachable, using conversational intelligence to establish rapport and speak to customers about local interests.
Tech-Savvy:You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Indeed, and MyCloud. You also possess experience working in scheduling software and are ready to support the upcoming migration from Generations to Teambridge.
Your Home Office:You have a reliable "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) setup ready for the 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT night shift. You are comfortable working evenings and nights, and are fully committed to the mandatory two on-call weekend days per month.
